Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders quickly and efficiently so you can receive your products as soon as possible.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will typically be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Times

• England, Scotland & Wales: Usually delivered within 1 working day from dispatch.

• Scottish Highlands: Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days and may incur an additional charge depending on location and order size.

• Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland: Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Larger & Signed Deliveries

Some larger or high-value orders may require a signature on delivery. In these cases, we may contact you prior to dispatch to confirm availability.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and destination. For orders outside mainland UK, we aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
