An expansive cooking area supports both smoking and direct grilling. Use it as a traditional barbecue, or close the lid to impart a rich smoky flavor. Foldable side shelves provide convenient prep and serving space, each with a maximum load of 20 kg. Additional storage includes a fixed lower shelf and four hooks on the side shelves for utensils. A built-in bottle opener adds convenience while you grill.
Control and flexibility are built in with a deep coal chamber holding 4.5 kg of coal and a height-adjustable coal tray operated by a crank. A large front access door enables easy refilling and charcoal stirring to maintain even temperatures. The smoker is equipped with a temperature gauge, a chimney, and four adjustable air vents to help you achieve precise heat and flavour. When cooking is complete, place dishes on the warming rack to keep them ready to serve.
Cleaning and maintenance are straightforward with a removable ash tray and grill. A wire brush is included to simplify cleaning. The unit features a sleek, durable powder-coated steel frame with stainless steel finishings, and it includes two wheels for easy movement. A rain cover is supplied to protect the smoker year-round.
