Take the manual work out of defeathering with the KuKoo 50 cm Poultry Plucker Machine. This efficient, electrically powered defeathering unit is designed for medium-sized birds such as chicken, turkey and duck, delivering fast and consistent feather removal with minimal effort.

Constructed from robust stainless steel, the plucker is built to withstand heavy use in farms and abattoirs. It features 99 pre-fitted flexible rubber fingers that work with a rotating disc inside the drum to ensure thorough feather removal.

The drum measures 50 cm x 39 cm and is paired with a wide opening (49.5 cm) for easy loading. Powered by a 2 HP motor (1.5 kW) at 220 V / 50 Hz, it can defeather up to 5–6 birds in a single cycle, typically in under a minute, helping to boost productivity.

A water inlet allows connection to a hose to wash away loose feathers during operation. Feathers and used water are drained away via a waste drain chute, simplifying post-use cleaning.
