KuKoo 60 cm Poultry Plucker Machine

The KuKoo 60 cm Poultry Plucker Machine provides efficient defeathering for medium-sized poultry, reducing manual effort and increasing throughput.

Ideal for farms, processing facilities, and small abattoirs, this robust defeathering machine is suitable for chickens, turkeys, and ducks.

Constructed from hard-wearing stainless steel, the plucker features 132 pre-fitted flexible rubber fingers that remove feathers as they contact the bird. A spinning disc inside the 60 cm x 39 cm drum ensures full coverage, moving birds around the chamber for even defeathering.

Electrically powered with a 3HP motor (2.2 kW) and a 220V / 50 Hz supply, this unit offers a wide opening for easy loading. It can defeather up to 7–8 birds per cycle, typically completing a full cycle in under 60 seconds.

Water is supplied via the built-in connection to rinse away loose feathers as the machine operates. Waste water and feathers exit through the integrated drain chute, helping to keep the work area clean.

With a robust stainless steel frame, the machine is designed for durability in busy environments and is suitable for efficient defeathering of medium-sized birds.
