KuKoo Commercial Hot Dog Steamer and Cart

The KuKoo Commercial Hot Dog Steamer with Matching Cart is designed for high-demand foodservice environments, delivering consistently cooked hot dogs while keeping buns warm. It can heat hot dogs and buns simultaneously, helping you serve quickly during peak periods. The interior accommodates up to 100 hot dogs and 30 buns at once, supporting busy service. Two perforated steam trays handle the hot dogs while a solid upper shelf warms buns, keeping them separate from the sausages. All shelves are removable for easy cleaning.

The included cart provides additional workspace for assembling hot dogs on the move and keeps essential condiments within reach. An interior storage area holds extra supplies, ensuring you are prepared to meet demand.

Bright red with yellow stripes, the unit is designed to catch attention at the front counter. With minimal assembly required and a compact footprint, it weighs just 13.8 kg, making it easy to place where needed. The fully portable cart enables transport to events or different locations. Large wheels improve maneuverability on uneven surfaces, while the smaller wheels include brakes to secure the stand in place.

Constructed from high-quality, food-grade 304 stainless steel, the steamer is robust and durable for daily commercial use. The smooth stainless-steel surface is easy to clean and maintains high hygiene standards. Excess water can be drained via the side water drain tap for convenience.

Powered by a 2000 W heating element, the sausage warmer reaches its operating temperature quickly. An adjustable thermostat lets you set the temperature between 30 and 110°C, with a built-in thermostat maintaining the target temperature. The unit features an on/off switch and front-facing illuminated indicators for safe operation. A low-water sensor automatically shuts off the heating when water is low.

Sliding glass doors provide easy access to hot dogs and buns, and the included tongs can be stored on a dedicated holder on the unit. The transparent doors allow you to view food without heat escaping.

Three sauce bottles (red, yellow, and white) are included to assist with service.
