The KuKoo 120 Litre Grease Trap is a high-capacity under-sink interceptor designed for busy commercial kitchens. It captures and separates food waste from oils and water to maintain efficient drainage and hygienic conditions.

Design and operation
The interior features a large basket that captures food waste as it enters the trap. Small holes allow water to flow through while fats and oils rise to the surface. A baffle partitions the chamber to maximise grease separation, creating two distinct sections. A 2 cm clearance below the baffle enables water to transfer over while directing oil toward the 50 mm outlet on the right-hand side for disposal.

Maintenance and accessibility
The lid is large and easy to open for thorough cleaning. The basket can be removed from the tank via two secure bars for convenient disposal of captured waste. After cleaning, reseal the unit with the four spring clips and rubber seal to help contain odours and maintain hygiene.
