This unit captures and separates food waste from oil and water, helping to improve drainage performance. With a 35L capacity, operations can continue with less frequent emptying.

The interior features a large basket that captures food waste as it enters the trap. Numerous small holes allow water to pass through the basket while oil rises to the surface. A baffle partitions the tank to create two distinct sections, and with a 2 cm clearance below the baffle, water transfers over and exits via the 50 mm outlet on the right for disposal.

Maintain a fresh and hygienic environment with the practical design. The large, easily accessible lid enables thorough cleaning, enhancing hygiene and performance. Two secure bars allow the basket to be removed for waste disposal, and the lid can be re-secured with four spring clips. The rubber seal helps contain odours.
