KuKoo Grease Trap - 96 Litre Capacity

The KuKoo 96 Litre grease trap is a reliable solution for busy commercial kitchens, helping maintain hygienic drainage and smooth operation.

Designed to capture and separate food waste from oil and water, this under-sink interceptor supports efficient drainage with a generous 96 Litre capacity, allowing longer operation between emptying intervals.

The internal design features a large basket that traps food waste at entry. Fine perforations allow water to flow through the basket while oil rises to the surface. A baffle partitions the tank into two distinct sections; with a 2 cm clearance below the baffle, water flows over and away from the oil, directing it to the 50 mm outlet on the right-hand side for disposal.

The large, accessible lid enables thorough cleaning, supporting hygiene and performance. The basket is held by two secure bars and can be removed for waste disposal. After cleaning, resecure the lid with the four spring clips. The rubber seal helps contain odours for a cleaner environment.
