PTFE Sheets – 2-Pack, 48 cm x 58 cm

These PTFE Sheets are high-quality, non-stick protection sheets sized 48 cm x 58 cm and come in a 2-pack. Made from premium PTFE, they are designed for use with most heat presses and are easy to clean for repeated use.

The non-stick PTFE surface ensures even heat transfer and protects the heat press platen by creating a barrier between the platen and sublimation paper or vinyl. The sheets help prevent residual glue and ink from building up on the platen, supporting longer press life and smoother operation between cleans.

A common issue during busy periods is pressing with the wrong side facing up, which can transfer designs to the underside of the platen and require time-consuming cleaning. With PTFE Sheets, you can simply remove or replace the sheet and continue pressing with minimal disruption.

These sheets also help keep garments in place, reducing the need for heat tape and mitigating ghosting caused by transfer paper sliding across the garment when the platen is lifted. An additional PTFE Sheet can be placed under garments to protect the rubber lower platen cover from sublimation inks. Using PTFE Sheets during sublimation and heat pressing can aid in producing consistent designs more efficiently and with less waste.
